Ive got everything from the chest, and the chest is empty but still the arrow is on the chest ! ive got the book but i dont get text with : Quest completed! what must i do?! HELP!

Srry im not sure, but the thieves guild is also messed up, well completely [censored] actually. If u sell your thieves guild armor, u cant complete the thieves guild! Bethesda needs to fix this!
