The Courier's got hops

Well someone has probably posted about this but I could not find it.

Sometimes after a quick travel and a few steps my character is launched into the air killing me instantly on impact. Not complaining about this on the account of I think it is pretty darn funny but does this happen to anyone else? Remarkably I sometimes land on tops of buildings and survive. Though there is only one way off those buildings :banghead:

This is the first time I've ever heard of a bug like this.

Xbox 360 is what I'm playing on. Happens most when fast traveling to gun runners (probably because I fast travel there the most). Sometimes I survive it by landing on the top of the gun gunner sign to slow my fall. I have not gotten the patch yet so that could be it

Huh. Never happened to me, but today in Primm a convict decided to climb the edge of a building to get to me on the second floor rather than taking the stairs, just as I was throwing dynamite beneath him. Somehow this just resulted in him flying far into the sky in a standing position, unharmed until he hit the ground again (or so I assume ... he had full health on the way up, I never saw him come back down, but he never bothered me again).

My question for you: Do you have time to open your pip-boy in midair to pop some med-x before the fall?

Yes sir I do. Honestly I usually do not even think about that though.

This has happened to me one time on the PS3. It was funny as hell, but im glad it doesn't happen all of the time. Also enemies will sometimes randomly get thrown into the air in my game. That happens a lot actually but they don't die from falling in fact they don't take any damage. It's fun to snipe them while they are falling though.
