So far, this is one of two quest glitch I had. Not a major issue but I'd like to report it here
in case someone from the staff is still following and caring about fixing problems

Speaking with Cpt. Parker in Aerotech office park, he asks you to investigate about missing peoples and directs
you to speak with Saint James, in Westside. Once there however, Saint James is nowhere to be found and
the quest marker points to an unreachable location in the Strip. One can talk to
Dermot (obviously involved with Saint James) and enter both his and James' rooms but cannot gather
any evidence of what's going on, turning this quest impossible to complete.
