This game looks interesting but I can't find the info. I need to make a decisision. I don't think it's an RPG but it might have some RPG elements in it, is this correct, also is it open world or linear?

Open world very much based around your character developing as a character. Huge map with many quests and overall is no doubt one of the best RPG line ups this year.
