That tells us nothing. I am unable to view YouTube videos. Describe your problem and list your specs. DirectX 11 means nothing as the game doesn't use above 9.

Now, having seen the video...

Hello my name is Mrskorpion and i have problem in Skyrim.

I can't play it at all, i dont have any mods or any saves yet.

I have all requirements to play the game and i have Directx11.

What driver version do you have? Go to the Catalyst Control Center and check under Information -> Software. The most current version of the AMD drivers is 12.1 or the 12.2 preview drivers. If you have an older set of drivers, particularly older than 11.11, first thing I would recommend is to update your drivers. Download the http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/radeon_win7-64.aspx, uninstall the old drivers, reboot, reinstall the new drivers, reboot, see how Skyrim behaves.

Second question: have you tried validating the game cache through Steam? If you downloaded the game rather than installing from a disc, you might have some missing or corrupted files. Validating the game cache with Steam will automatically fix/reacquire those files for you.

Third: what do you have the game's graphic settings set to? Are you running in fullscreen or windowed? Assuming you have the latest Catalyst drivers and you validated the game cache with Steam and you're still having the problem, does reducing the graphics down or running in windowed vs. fullscreen mode change anything?

Finally: how are your GPU temperatures? (You can also find this in the CCC, under the "AMD Overdrive" section, or through a third party program like GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner.) A card running too hot or otherwise teetering on the brink of death can produce weird visual results like this.

Either

a: driver/Game corruption/issues. (install latest drivers as suggested or verify games integrity as suggested)

b: Settings applied by the game or by the user or both are to high, setting FSAA to 0x and then setting for example LOW quality modes for everything to start with just to test would be a good start

c: Graphics card has failed potentially, likely the vram on the card, not the gpu, this would explain the texture geometry screwup that we are seeing in the video... However if the user is overclocking or the card is running FAR to hot, this would also produce similar symptoms. I would first suggest taking the computer panel off and making certain that the machine is clean and the video card is clean, if it has a fan, ensure it is turning. Additionally leave the side panel off so that it can gather fresh air and see if the game continues to act irratically

d: Some programs that run in the background can cause similar symptoms.... make sure you shut everything down prior.
