Hello.

So i recently reinstalled Skyrim in hope of getting rid of the constant crashing. well i did, but now there's a new problem. The shadows seems to have problems on staying still, they're moving with the camera. it's kinda hard to explain, you can see it much better from a vid named "Major shadow problem in skyrim" found from Youtube. i'd post a link but the forums won't let me, sorry for that.

Notice the odd movement of shadows and the faint spectral "aura" around NPCs/characters when in the shadows. This rather odd (and game ruining) glitch seems to appear near any kind of source of light that emits shadows.
Any ideas or solutions would be much appreciated.

ps. i'm sorry if this same thing has been posted before, but i couldn't find the thread.
