So I've been reading up on this myself since I read 'the writ of sealing' that initiated the quest and placed a quest marker on the floor of the Dragonsreach Wizard's carpet, driving me crazy for an hour.
Then I read about the glitch and reverted to an old save (cause I'm on console) and stowed the writ away in my house so I wouldn't read it again.
I heard if I read the Forbidden Legend BOOK in the Wizard's room in Dragonsreach that that would start the quest properly. What do you guys say?
Oh, and also, I have the amulet fragment of stamina already, but no quest.
