I've tried every relevant search term that I can think of, but haven't come up with any results so far. Can anyone point me in the direction of the sound file (from within the CK) and any relevant scripts?

Also, would it be possible to, say, make a spell that improves visibility while underwater?

I found 'LeaveWaterBreath' under 'Game settings', but couldn't find where this is being used. Also, I heard these are hard coded. Anyone?
