Just curious but has anyone else used the binoculars or other zooming weapons to see beyond the borders put in-game...saw a few interesting things...

I'm thinking that there's nothing special over that way and that the developers just wanted things to look realistic... :hehe:

if you follow the right wall when you leave the mojave outpost you can walk out of the boundarys (on consoles) you have to jump up a hill after you fight the nightstalkers. i followed the road south of mojave outpost until there was no more map. same with the road south of searchlight airport. i may try to walk around the map, i have already tried to "sneak" into the fort this way, but i cant get past the river. ill have to try going the long way around. ive looked around the nuke test area OP mentioned theres nothing there.

I'm pretty sure the dev are going to do something with the locked gate at the Mojave Outpost. It's openable through console commands on PC, so it's got to do something sooner or later.
