The greatest character in Skyrim ?

For me, it's Cicero. That guy just cracks me up. Unique morbid humor and everything. The character is awesome. Best one in Skyrim.

Why is everyone saying Serana's hot? All pictures of her are blurry at the moment, but I can't see it.

Oh, and Mjoll. Definitely Mjoll.

Greatest character ?
For me it will be the Altmer Alchemist from Oblivion , when I saw him I felt sorry for him and it reminded me of the amazing times in Oblivion.

Ulfric, without a doubt.

He's one of the few characters who has an elaborate backstory (including a bunch of past traumas from childhood and onwards). He has a complex personality with both good and bad sides - exactly what those sides are and in what way they are good or bad depends on who you choose to believe. He seems to have clear goals, but his motives are not so clear (again, who do you believe?). He actually seems like a person, the way characters in (well-written) novels should be, but very few in this game are. The numbers of threads here debating him is sort of a proof of this.

And it doesn't exactly hurt that he has a great voice and is very nice to look at, either. ;)

And that's kind of my point. People may love him or hate him, but almost everyone seems to have an opinion about him, one they are willing to debate on a deeper level than just "he's sweet" vs. "he's stupid". And that's, my friends, is proof of at least someone doing something right when they created him. :)

When I entered his hall for the first time and heard his speech I was like " Wow , that's my hero ".
Then I heard his plans on attacking Whiterun so I ran immediately to General Tullius.

Hard one. There's many characters that are indeed memorable, and will no doubt become TES legends, such as Ulfric and Paarthunax.
I always seem to make less interesting characters more interesting with my own imagination. Ghorbash the Iron-Hand for example, I kind of over-exaggerated his back story to make it seem a bit more epic.
But for sheer greatness, memorablility and all round good fun, its got to be J'zargo hasnt it.

Serana isn't as hot as say aela, or one of the more hot followers (it's the pale skin). But she, as stated above, "doesn't have the personality of duct tape". That's why I think it is her. Although coming in at a close second is Cicero.

For someone who isn't a follower though it is definitely Ulfric, although I'm not a fan of the guy.

Because she is the greatest character in all of Skyrim: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Serana

I also believe Serana is the greatest. Second to that Cicero, and General Tullius.
