Been stuck since yesterday on this. I was pretty intoxicated yesterday while playing which is quite possibly why i''m having a problem here. So I Talked to Mr. House like it says to do first. Next, In the quest log it says my next objective is to retrieve the chip from the Fort. So i go up river, get off the boat and everything is fine. When i make it up the hill and enter the gate thats next to the little makeshift fighting pit or whatever everyone attacks me. No matter what clothes i am wearing. Also there is no marker on the local map showing my destination. It just says go to the Fort to retrieve the chip. Gonna play sober from now on!

Bump, where do I get the chip?

In the Caesar's tent behind the arena. If you're vilified there go to the right when you enter the fort and avoid the arena. They don't seem to recognize you over there.
