The House Always Wins Pro NCR : Fallout: New Vegas

I'm trying to play as a pro-NCR player during my first play through. After getting the platinum chip I can give it to Mr. House (clearly helping him), kill Mr. House (helping Caesar), or talk to Yes Man after killing Mr. House (which I believe is the neutral way). So is there a way I can complete this quest and help the NCR? Is it the Yes Man way and I am just to stupid to figure it out?

I'm not sure if there is a way to help the NCR within that quest. I know you can, however, still kill Mr. House after you give him the platinum chip.

Once you give house the chip he will instruct you to go and ask the Boomers to help him in the upcoming battle. Which the NCR has also done.

The way I did it was: I gave house the chip, got the Boomers to agree to help me/NCR out and then I killed House and put Yes Man into the computer.

NCR will ask you to kill House as well, though I don't think they actually know about the chip. The only three people who do are

Mr. House who designed it 200 years ago, Yes Man who discovered it by hacking into House's databanks for Benny, and Benny who stole it. Beyond that, Caesar just knows thwew's a weird station under his base he wants destroyed before someone uses it.
