Have you ever looked at one of the factions in the Mojave and thought: "A trained monkey with a hangover could do a better job than these idiots." ? Does watching the Legion housing their one and only leader within sight of the largest artillery piece in the game make you want to scream like a bad movie patron? Does talking to General Oliver remind you of nails on glass? If you've answered yes to any or all of these questions than you, like me, are suffering from Mojave Hubris.

To make a long story short, if you were in charge of a faction, army, or town in the Mojave would you be able to do a better job than the guy who is in charge? And if so, what would you do differently?
