A friend of mine plays on the 360 and is running into a bug with the jagged crown (stormcloaks) quest. Whenever he enters the dungeon to retrieve it, the wall is blocked by debris.

He has "The Jagged Crown", "Seasons Unending" and "The Fallen" quests active.

I have the game on pc and have extracted his save from a usb and am attempting to fix his game. I'm not sure what to do though, I have skimmed through UESP but didn't seem to find anything particularly useful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm on the PC. I extracted his save file onto my computer using modio and turned it into a .ess file. I have the save loaded up on my PC.

Yes, but with it originating on the 360, there may be some anomalies from that among other issues. It's best to take it over there since the issue originated on the 360 and not on the PC.

There is no fix on the 360. This is the only shot he's got to get the save fixed. The notion that some issues would arise since it was originally an xbox save is speculation and worth the risk.
