I'm trying to do quests near Camp Forlorn hope and every time I get in the area the game slows down immensely before freezing entirely. I've started a new game and rushed to the area to see if it'll happen again and it does. I've reinstalled the game multiple times. I don't know what else to try.

I am so sick and tired of the constant freezing and crashing and 5 minute load times between the simplest of transitions. This game is infuriating to even attempt to play.
