The lack of power.

I find in Skyrim a lack power, what I mean by that is when I walk around Whiterun or Riften I dont feel like the all powerful dragonborn or the sneaky leader of the Dark Brotherhood no I feel like another stick in the sand. If we go back to Morrowind you could join one of the mighty Great Houses and eventually progress through the ranks and become a highly respected member with your own stronghold, I mean a house in solitude is one thing but a stronghold with your own private guard force that sounds pretty bad ass right there. You could allso become a chief of a nord mead hall and leader Raven Rock's mining town both which make you feel like a important part of the world. In future DlC I hope to see Bethesda put some of those great elements back into the game.

The recognition of your character in this game is terrible.

I think you shouldn't become a leader in any faction, just a champion or veteran,
as a leader in this game you can't lead any faction, you can't give missions, make choices for a faction etc. so it doesn't make sense to be a leader
