Like many I've seen posting I am also experiencing the dreaded quick/auto save problems, earlier this afternoon I repeated 3 hours, a real pain, but lesson learned do a hard save. Four or five more hours in and the game crashes about 2 min after my hard save...lucky me I think, only to find the hard save was corrupted and I now had to start from a point even earlier than the last crash, effectively erasing 6 hours of work. Compounded even more frustrating by the fact I also have Civilization 5 sitting on my hard drive with unplayable crashing experienced by a large portion of that community.

All in all in the last month I have probably lost 18 hours in lost gameplay and spent over 100 dollars on games I can't play even though I own.
