Ive played the game for a while and i have found some really interesting things. One is the food sanitizer that was inside some ruins. I wont name any locations because that takes the fun out of exploring :D.

ive also found an Evil gnome and a music sheet. Both of which i have no idea what their used for lol.

and a little side note, you can go ontop of the Silver rush. Where the sign is collapsed in. Great sniping spot :D

What interesting things have you guys found in your travels? Please try to keep the spoilers to a min and warn when there is one.

Same here, im sure they will have DLC that will involve them.

I also found an area where the Boomers make fuel. really cool. Also i was wandering in some desert area and i found a make shift barricade that consisted of a military truck, a gigantic vacuum cleaner, some kinda of drill pointy single person vehicle, the front part of a nuca cola truck. Just randomly out in the middle of this desert place. I couldn't figure out what it was built there for either. Infact now that i think about it ive come across a few just random barricades and fortified areas for no apparent reason.

The big bag of bottle caps that is inside a certain cave. I won't name the cave but it certainly was a ' Holy [censored] ' moment when i found it. Yes you expect to find a nice stash of caps every once in a while but not thousands of caps in one place just randomly lying around.

Yeah I been in that cave too. I think you get around 7000 caps, some NCR cash, and Legion coins. nice loot! :celebration:

I found the food sanitizer, tossed it because it weighed me down.
I also came upon some rather interesting uniques all by myself! Except one, the Q-35 Matter Modulator. I had come across it, but a glitch had made it sink into the floor, so I was unable to achieve it without looking up help for it. (In Fallout 3 I found all the uniques by using the guide, no sense of achievement there.)

I also came across a nightkin selling me Wind Brahmin? It was rather... interesting.

I found a plunger in a toilet once....that confused me, I felt certain they were only in mailboxs and lockers.

I found a dog chew toy on my 4th (yes, 4th!) playthrough and I had never found one of those before. I didn't even know they were in the game. I took it as a souvenir, I was well chuffed :)

A teddybear who had it's head stuck in the bathtubs drain.
And at hidden valley I found a hole in the invisible wall.

What I would call a treasure and interesting is the animal behavior, in FO3 I got so used to everything attacking my character on sight(accept a few radroaches), but in FO:NV I found great examples like the giant ants foraging the dead radscorpion, even though they see you, so long as you keep a distance from them and their food they do not aggro, even if too close they give a warning long before attacking, I found the same with cayotes, best one a mother guarding her pup.

Kudos to Obsidian for this treasure.

The party hat!
I found the teddy bear with his head shoved in the drain too. Nice one.
I found the nuke, evil gnome, food sanitizer and others listed but my favorite is still the concept of Dinky snipers. Awesome.

I also love the space suit. Looks good on Arcade Gannon.

Lonesome Drifter (once you go through his dialogue)

Dogmeat...err i mean Rex helped me to find Jimmy's well. I guess he fell in again. That would be a reference to another kid who fell in the well, I think his name was Timmy.

If I'm not mistaken it is in reference to "Lassie".

I'd bet a handful of caps on it.

I found the food sanitizer. Does it work or is it just loot? In FO3 it worked. I need something to counter some of the rads my character eats. Will Iron Belly help with that or does it only work on water? The game gives mixed info on it.

That is a great spot. That armor is non faction, unlike the BOS armor. Also gives +1 STR, and -14% rads.(no negative hits).
