That's one of the things that I've never liked about achieving "leadership" status of TES Guilds. Basically, you're the head of the guild but it's an empty title. You can't order anyone around, you can't get anyone to do anything and everyone acts like you just came in off the street. What's the point?

Anyway, that's just a silly gripe of mine. There are plenty of other things to do and I know it!

I'll never forget in Morrowind when i became the leader of the fighters guild. There was a locked door down stairs in the guild. I'm the leader so why would it be locked, so i opened it and got kicked out of the guild. If i'm the leader who kicked me out? But yeah its just empty titles in tes games.
