Okay I have finished the vault 11 and I wondered who was the one who survived. He sounded familiar though.

I think because the trauma of the suicide made him No-Bark but that's just me.

Hard to compare voices of Voice 1 and No Bark Noonan. He talks differently. So I google a bit and found some guy mentioning that Voice 1 sounds like Duncan from DA:O. And indeed it sounds a lot like Duncan. So next it was easy just seeing who was the voice actor for Duncan and the voice actor for No Bark. Same guy, Peter Renaday.

Now this all is based on the fact that Voice 1 is a lot like Duncan's. Take it with a bit of salt and judge for yourself.

so duncan = no bark... and no bark = voice 1... so according to the pythagorian theorum duncan = voice 1! oh gawd!

He wanted to leave but the others just kill themselves. He proceeds to run away to God knows where according to The Vault wiki.
