I was told this topic was inappropriate for the Skyrim forums (my bad, sorry), so I am including it here in the hopes that Bethesda will care.



I'm just posting to express my disgust at Bethesda's decision to sue Mojang over the word "Scrolls". This action seems entirely frivolous, and reflects extremely poorly on your company. We've seen this kind of bullying before in the business surrounding the Edge trademark. I doubt that this message will have any impact (or even be noticed), but I find this action truly appalling. I have purchased every Elder Scrolls game prior to Skyrim, and each of the Bethesda Fallout games, but I will not be offering my business to any Bethesda games (developed or published) unless this action is ceased before it can do any damage to Mojang's business.

In short: Bethesda should be ashamed of its predatory behaviour.

You misunderstand. The lawsuit is not a topic for this forum. This is a gaming forum run by Bethesda Softworks. The lawsuit was presented by Zenimax, gamesas's parent company. If the only reason you joined this forum is to discuss this subject, I'm afraid you will be disappointed.
