The more I quest, the more quests I get. I love it!

I love this game, the more quests I do. The more quests I find along the way. So far I am getting a backlog of quests. I hope it never ends,

You will when you realize the quest variety basically ends at find 20 of x item, and kill x person.

Yes it may seem like your getting the same kind of quests over and over. But have any of you guys ever played a mmorpg? They work the same way, fetch x items, kill x mobs.

I played more hours than I ever played any other RPG and I still love all the quests. Even a simple fetch quest turns out more fun just because you find a mysterious journal or you encounter a strange NPC. I Love the quests.

I agree. Exploring is my favorite thing to do in Skyrim because of this.

Last night I started to work my way through the pile of side quests that I have stacked up. Completed 2 of them and had a lot of fun. I really like the fact that this game allows me to do what I want, when I want. I'm having a blast playing it, The best part is that as my husband gave it too me for Christmas, so he can't complain when I play for a couple of hours every night

Roleplaying games are not about quests, per se, unless said quests actually relate to the character and the character's story in some way. If a random quest or set quest happens to relate to your character concept, then I suppose that you will enjoy the quests. However, it is safe to say that the majority of players have character concepts that do not match quests they are given or find.

Fortunately, Beth's games are not about MMORPG mechanics and quests, but rather about simply living an alternate identity and exploring a world.

I think it's pretty easy to tell two general types of players: those who check their journal (including some who are disappointed by the Skyrim journal format), and those who seldom check their journal, if ever. I'm in the latter group so I don't even notice anything about the journal. :D
