OK i played the game for about 5 hours with no crashes. but then they get more frequent in the next hour i get 3 crashes then the next hour 10 and so on and so on... until it becomes really frustrating... fallout 3 does almost the same thing but worse.. i read that this is a common problem on consoles but isn't there a way to fix this?
i have the latest version of the game 1.2 something i think cant be asked to check lol and graphics card drivers.

Ps: i get really bad sound out of sink or not playing at all but i put fallout on high priority in task manager and that fixes it

im running
Processor: AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor 4000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.4GHz
Memory: 1022MB RAM
Page File: 473MB used, 1983MB available
NVIDIA GeForce 6200 (its over-clocked but thats not the problem )
and yes i know my graphics card is out of date but i dont think thats the problems because the game at the start runs really smoothly

thank you in advance :)

Wait, are you for real?

Your system fails to meet every single requirement. It's single core, you have half the required amount of RAM and your graphics card svcks

If the game runs, that's great and all but it's totally unsupported on your system. The game needs 1GB of ram just for itself which means you're constantly running with the swap file. The graphics card is meh obviously, and even though the game primarily runs on a single core it still requires a dual core at the very minimum

The amount of system RAM you have is the first thing I noticed, as well. That's the first thing I'd add....see how it works then.

Time to Upgrade--you won't be playing very many of the new games coming out and some already available unless you do.
