To my knowledge, a release date hasn't even been announced for Dawnguard. Other than this summer. So more than likely, before Dawnguard.

I'm counting the 1.6 as released since its in beta form, after that patch comes the DLC and then after that is the next Patch, who knows what the content might be :rolleyes:
