Is the Oghma Infinium glitch really gamebreaking?

Ok, earlier, I reached the point of the canon Breton Spellsword playthrough(the one i'll use for all DLC), where all the skills I use are at 100 at level 67. Now, I had the choice, whether to power level the rest of the skills I dont use to level, which would have been mind numbing, switch playstyles, which at that high a level and the skills required to change playstyle like Heavy amour and sneak being low, and i mean really low, under 25 skill, or use the Oghma Infinium to raise my characters a few levels.

Obviously, I went with the 3rd option and raised my level up to 71 and from then onwards I will use it to take up my character 2-3 levels after each DLC until eventually after all the DLC i'll be 81. For my character or anyone else who canon characters skills have reached their max, or near it, this seems like a legitimate way to grow at your own controlled pace. Using it at lower levels may take the fun out of it, but if you don't have time to play regularly it is fair to use it.

Thoughts?
