The Only Feature that makes me mad that they didn't include

That you cannot dress up as other people and 'join' their faction such as in fallout: New Vegas. Ex: go to prison and kill a guard, drag his body into your cell and take his clothes and everything and put it on and walk out of the prison as a guard. This would of been so helpful and fun. But they didn't include it :(

I would be pretty sure that a guard would be suspicious if his guard-mate has a tail or is a foot smaller than the rest...

true, but wouldn't it also be obvious that you are a werewolf if your turn from a werewolf into a human right infront of everyone? apparently not!

I would like that. I tried it during a quest in Riften where I had to sneak into the Jarl's assistant's room, but of course the guard still recognized me.

it was a slight disappointment, would be cool to implement, but I guess it's not a huge deal.

i not only second and third but i also fourth, fifth and sixth this as well. its really crappy going from NVs rather nifty system of factions and outfits to skyrims bland completely unreactive npcs. ive noted many times how annoying it is to be able to walk around solitude in stormcloak gear or windhelm in imperial gear and no one reacts to it. a major let down and unfortunately i dont know if its something that can be modded or not. i think there was a mod for oblivion but i think it was just disguises that put you in a particular faction i dont know if it would actually make a stormcloak soldier attack you if you did put on imperial gear or not.

The companion wheel would also be nice to have. :nuke: ...or at the least the Fallout 3 companion system(use ranged, use melee, stay close, heal yourself, etc...).

It was 10 times better then the Elder scrolls' companion system.

:tes: - *spots enemy* CHARGE!!!

:fallout: - *spots enemy* *does exactly want you want them to do*
For example Boone will Snipe from far away while that mutant companion(forgot name) will probably just charge...after you start attacking.

Also, companions actually leveled with you and they were all essential(hardcoe mode excluded). :poke:

Oh yes, just imagining transforming in Whiterun by accident then every time you visit there, every one tries to murder you :)

Not sure it should work like that in Skyrim, suddenly one of your guards is a lizard...kind of suspicious.

Actually, there is one place you can use this,

Spoiler
in the thalmor embassy (so long as you bring hooded robes in with you)... it's even more successful based on race! (Beasts can't really hide at all, humans can from a distance, elves up close, altmer can walk right up to door guards without them suspecting a thing.)

Wish they'd done it in a few other places

Thats Awesome! It's also complex too! I was walking around in light imperial armor and a guard asked me If I was a imperial scout, [ because i am a imperial], but appears you can't actually do what you said to full extent.

Also at one point in the Civil War questline an enemy commander will comment on your lack of uniform (or continue normally if you are in uniform) so yeah, it's certainly possible at times... seems odd they didn't just apply it everywhere
