So after reading patch notes and all of that (and decided i didnt want to take 5 hours and browse 100000 some tompics in hopes that i find something relevant) i make this post...

It seems that for me being a Thane is simply bugged, i spent the time and became a thane in Solitude for the sole fact that the i had to kill someone there, as a thane i should be allowed to tell the guards that i am a thane and that they should look the other way, i do not get this option...in ANY of the cities i am a thane in, i understand you get to do it at LEAST once per hold but i thought the option was not supposed to be a random occurance. I mean so what i have to go to jail because i'd like to be eventually be able to furnish my solitude house but it is still quite annoying. I mean its only a minor inconvience but still.

And yes i play it on the PS3
