Does the orange box for Xbox 360 include Half-life 2, or just the episodes?

Also, is TF2 strictly multiplayer, and if so, do people still play it on Xbox live?

Yes, it includes Half Life 2.

TF2 is also strictly multiplayer but I can't comment on how many people play on Xbox Live since I play it on PC, sorry.

It includes Half Life 2, HL 2: Ep1, HL 2: Ep 2, TF2, and Portal.

People still play, yes. Not as many as before, of course, but you'll still find several good lobbies.

Well, three games, one of which has two expansions. Still an incredible deal though.

HL2: Ep 1 and HL2: Ep 2 aren't considered expansions, they're separate games.

While they are standalone, they might as well be expansions.

Yeah, they're definitely the length of a typical expansion and not a full game.
