I ran into him ages ago when I was around level 15 and I tried to kill him, and got my *** kicked. I'm up to level 55 with fully decked out armor and skills...and seeking vengeance. Anyone able to tell me where he is? I can't remember his name and I tried looking him up on help sites, and got no luck. All I remember is that he was near Whiterun. Assistance on name or locations are greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance.

It may be a random event.

I think he just pops up randomly, I've found him in different spots during different play throughs.

His name is old orc,at least thats what the game calls him.
He's showed up in differant locations in my games.
But if you haven't seen him in 40 levels you might not get to see him again,since he allready handed you a new one.

The name helped me get a few articles up on google. Thanks greatly! I'll see if I can find him and give him what he's looking for now...

Found the area that he was once in. Wabbajack chick is in his place. Oh well.
