Couldnt I become a werewolf, let myself get attacked by a vampire for a bit, then become both ?

I dont really care about bbecoming both, they kinda svck, but im just wondering if its possible, now that the patch has screwed everything up.

Probably not, iirc becoming a wolf then curing yourself can bug out making it impossible to turn vamp afterwards, leading me to think there's something more behind the scenes preventing them from mingling other than the disease resistance.

I guess it'd be easy enough to try though, do tell.
