Overreacted for no reason. There is no perk re-specialization in Dragonborn. Maybe in Bethesda's upcoming DLC "Dovahcheat".

Not correct, from what I understand. It seems that one must complete the MQ of the DLC first.

Damn, that's stupid. It makes the game completely Borderlands-esque casual bs. Well, if it's just an optional reward, then I guess it doesn't matter. I bet that you can return to that place and respec as many times as you want, though.

At least the story is good, right?

That's the problem. It's meant for people who want to get through everything in one playthrough and don't want to live with their choices. Very un-RPG stuff.

I agree, this was one thing I was hoping Bethesda would hold firm on not having in their games. It kind of goes against what RP games are about, making choices and living with the consequences (although easily side-stepped with the save and load function). But it is optional so you don't have to use it.
