Apparently there is a threshold where once you get a certain level, with all your perks and foritfy effects (Enchanted items, potions) added together, where our chance decreases instead of increasing.
This worries me as I was going to make an alchemy using thief that uses alchemy to enhance his abilities and do his "fighting" by pickpocketing poisons.
I remember a few months ago too there was talk of too much sneak fortifications giving negative effects. That isn't as much a deal for me though as high sneak with only 1/5 stealth and muffle is overkill sneaking already, no enchantments needed.
Just wondering if this has been patched, as large sums of gold (1000+) are very hard for me to steal. If not, this is rediculous. Why would the fortify effects for pickpocketing be wrong, but damage fortifications are fine?
My first TES was Morrowind, and having played that I know that you CANNOT assume things are working the way they are supposed to (Unarmored...).
