Do the plants in the arch-mage's quarters in Winterhold grow back? I cleared them a while ago.

Yes they do and don't let anybody tell you otherwise cause I've harvest them about 5 times now, I'm sick of people who don't know jack arguing against this.

I observed that OWNING the room seems to make it respawn much slower. I can gleefully "borrow" stuff from the room whenever I'm in town (it's all going to be mine anyway).

But after becoming the Archmage, I walked away empty handed more often than not.

I think it may be bugged for some people, I have been archmage for 90+ game days, I harvested them on day one, never slept at that location but I am yet to see a plant grow back.

Everything used to respawn on a regular schedule until I became archmage, now I have yet to see anything respawn.
