In the Shower this morning...

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 12:59 am

And found myself humming that song the lady sings in the Tavern.

I didn`t even realise I was humming it until I caught myself doing it. `I`m not doing that again` I thought.

5 seconds later I was humming it again!

Funny, I can listen to the loadest modern day songs with ear bursting bass and not remember it after 5 minutes, but this this gentle song has worked into my mind.

I guess a woman`s gentle voice does have more effect than our modern day screeches.

There's a co-worker that keeps whistling the "dragonborn comes" all day long.

It's ok the first five times but after that... :swear:

The world's best thinking is done in the shower. Did you know that? :D Seriously, I find the Dragonborn Comes song in my head a lot also. Too funny. I am loving this game.

She got a beautiful voice, that is the point. And she's not an ugly wench.

Pictures or it didnt happen

Naughty.
But they have actually done a great job with such simple things.
Ragnar the Red, Age of Opression and The Dragonborn Comes are all cool songs.

I find myself humming them sometimes, yes. But not in the shower. I'm not sure why, but I find it a bit creepy.

Speaking of the songs, does anyone else feel that some of the lyrics in "The Age of Oppression" feel a little forced? For example, when they sing "All hail Ulfric! You are the High King", I just can't help but feel that they needed something to mirror "Down with Ulfric, the killer of kings!", which sounds a lot more natural.

Back on topic, I find myself singing "Ragnar the Red" a lot around the home as well as when I'm with friends, it's definitely my favourite song. :)

She's got an average voice with a lot of reverb and a creepy smile.

Haha.

Yea, it`s the Dragonborne comes one.

I thought that song was boring, but my mind subconciously didn`t.

Since I've never heard her real voice I can't decide, however, I have to agree with the point made. There are far too many effects on her voice for me to fully appreciate it.

nah, its nothing to do with the game devs, its due to the idiocy of stormcloaks trying to advertise the holy supremeness of his almightiness Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak.

Watch your tongue. You're speaking about the Ultimate Magnitudal Eminent One...(drum roll, ratatatatat)...the Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak of Windhelm...(cymbal clash).

The Dragonborn song is a bit catchy. I do find myself humming it. Of course, the Morrowind tune is an eternal earworm for me.

Well, when you put it that way, you got a point.
But she sounds great, you got to admit that.

That song gives me a chill.
