I wasn't really excited about the new kill cams until I tried out my new gauntlets with a "fortify unarmed damage" enchantment on them. I used the "Fortify Restoartion" exploit to crank the damage up way high, so they do above 5,000 damage: anything is an instant kill. The moves are pretty much super-assassin style kills. My favorite one is where you grab the NPC from behind, covering their mouth with your left hand and their throat with your right arm, roll onto your back, and smash down with your right arm, snapping their neck. Then you go back into sneak and no one knows what just happened.

Can it be done with 'normal' Fortify Unarmed gloves (without Fists of Steel)?

I'm really not sure. Normally, the most you can get out of Fortify Unarmed is around 15 Damage Max, if I remember correctly.

Why would they even make Unarmed killcams when they totally neglected Unarmed combat in 98% of the game? It's useless unless you really want to spend five minutes punching someone who probably will gut you unless you spam health potions.

This happens when you are using a one hand sword as well. I'm leveling up two handed with my Bosmer, and noticed a headbutt kill cam, and I couldn't stop laughing. I guess those horns on helmets aren't just for looks after all.

Still, kind of strange how under normal circumstances, it can be nearly impossible to kill efficiently with unarmed.

I might have to use the Restoration Glitch on a pair of gloves to see this.

I've never used the exploit, but I'm pretty sure that's the one to which people are referring.

I thought the restoration glitch was patched up? I tried doing it but keep failing.

The headbutt kill is awesome. I want to use more one handed now to see the kills for that.

Do unarmed kill cams play now if you are using unarmed combos (ie. empty hand + spell). I always wanted to roll unarmed being a khajiit, but I disliked that the unarmed kill cam ONLY played if both your hands were empty, and it's difficult to un-equip a spell in a fight and pointless to have both hands empty (At the very least you could use a shield + claws)

With a one handed weapon, I just grabbed a bandits head and STABED HER IN THE FACE! Awesomeness.
Also I shot that mythic dawn guy way up at mehrunes dagons shrine, and watched him slow-mo off the mountain. Couldn't find his body, I searched for ever.

What, That works on dead bodies too? Still never even used that spell. Im not a big fan of magic.
