3. Those dam arch warlocks in the sanguine rose quest.
once i reached the 30s/40s, everything is easy

It really depends on level and perks combination. If you level up archery pretty soon, the hardest enemies are only those difficult to hit. I agree that arch-warlock and electromancers are pretty hard mainly because of their seemingly infinite pool of magika.

There is no challenge in this game at higher levels, but things that I found difficult when just starting out:

Well in that case,

Crash landing dragon that crashes into the wall so hard, the game lags to 5 FPS and he gets stuck in the mountain side.

There is nothing in the game that is actually hard. I had been hoping Alduin would be, but he turned out to be weaker than even a random ancient dragon.

Snowy Saber Cats - up North where the blizzards rage you can't see they coming until it's too late.
Briarhearts - was decapitated before I could raise my bow.
Draugr Deathlord - there's one location outside where there's a swinging log trap, bypass that and DD pops out of his coffin, detects sneak instantly and clobbers you with his ebony axe. ( Arcwind Point?)

Yep, the place where a dragon could spawn at and does battle with him(be killed by him in the case of my game).

From least to most difficult (read: annoying) for me:
-Simultaneous encounter with two fire dragons (Autumwatch Tower's and a random,) draugr overlord, draugr death overlord (with Disarm,) two restless draugr, and like 20 skeletons, at level 15, with a Forsworn bow (archery 33) and a scimitar (1h. 42) for weapons at Arcwind Point
-More than one Ice Wraith - I have trouble identifying their position

I have to say without enough weapon skill Sidgis Gaulderson is a real bada$$! Those disarm shouts can ruin a good day!

Early on Ancient Dragons get a vote.

I simply hate ALL mages - but the ice and electro do get my vote as well!

When you reach that point in the game where you're wearing dual enchanted armor and wielding dual enchanted weapons.... I have to go with Bugs, glitches and crashes!!

To me there is only one choice and that's Forsworn Briarhearts with Draugr Deathlords a close 2nd (Especially if they disarm shout).
