My wife is going through the Main Quest. Arngeir laid out the words for the Clear Skies shout, but my wife left before she learned them. Now when she returns, her character doesn't learn the shout and Arngeir won't speak to her, which prevents him from even disclosing Word Wall locations.

Is there anyway to actually learn Clear Skies and move forward in the Main Quest? Her last save before the glitch was many hours ago.
