Hello everyone,

I'll introduce myself here. Some of you might have seen me on the forum for a few days now and I got some private messages asking who I am and what I do, so I thought maybe it's time to make a post about it.

Who am I?
As stated in my nickname, my name is Alex and I currently work at gamesas and have been since 2 years now. My main attribution at gamesas is to manage some of the projects we're working on (call it producer if you want). I won't tell anything about them for now but you'll see soon what I'm talking about.

You'll maybe ask yourself why I am on the forums then, instead of managing those games? And if you're not, you should! ... Well I am here to connect with the players who play our games. I would like to work with the community to make this forum a nice place to talk about gamesas newest releases and the future games to come, give more feedback to our fellow fans and help Chris to deal with all your questions. To put it in a nutshell, trying to accomplish some of the tasks of a community manager.

But first of all, I am going to do some work on the forums and you will see during this week some news posts and changes in the way things work. At first it will be mainly for us to clean the forum a bit, and also give it a nice little lifting, and maybe you won't see much difference, but I assure you that you'll feel the effects of this spring cleaning in a few weeks.

Getting Started
So to start, I would like to ask all the active members who read this post, to go to your User Control Panel > Usergroups tab > select Members and in the box below Join Selected then Submit. This group will be the only group allowed to post on the forums in a few days, allowing us to purge all the inactive users and bots on here. So if you want to continue to share about your favorite gamesas games on the forums, you'd better hurry up and join this group! .
