So I think when May 1st hits I'm going to trade in skyrim at gamestop and get witcher II. It's been a pretty terrible game honestly :/ i mean, i guess you get a lot of faux "freedom" but if I have nothing to do but make up stories for the things i find in the wilderness then i'm going to get bored. Shadow of the collossus has been the only exception imo :/ same with dark souls. Skyrim would not be so bad if i cared about the world, but honestly skyrim has been one of the most boring worlds I've explored. Some places are pretty, some are neat if you stay and make stories for them. Honestly though I'm pretty bored. I've stopped playing completely.
So now I'm thinking about trying out witcher II. It sounds a lot more interesting. I hope so anyways. I'm waiting for may because i have some false hope that the dlc will be epic and save the game for me ^^ then again the "surprise" for April may have well been kinect, so i dont have my breath held. Its really sad considering i poured hundreds of hours into oblivion, still play, and still love it. Skyrim just doesnt have the same catch for me. No idea why exactly. I could talk about the quests not having multiple ways to beat them, i could talk about the npc dialogue, i could talk about awful writing, i could talk about pretty awful combat *though the best in a tes game so far...except for the lack of combat choices and gimp destro magic* and ect, but honestly its to be expected from a tes game that all these things are in it :/ the bugs are horrid, some get away with few to no bugs, some are game breaking, but some are to be expected. Not this many. I'm just sort of fed up. May 1st is it for me. I'm pretty excited about witcher II ^^

If you think the combat in Skyrim is awful, good luck with Witcher 2. Witcher 2 svcks big time.

i'm playing witcher 2 right now and i gotta say its not as good as i had hoped. I've found myself keep going back to skyrim actually
