Can anyone suggest steps to load these games to Windows Vista or Windows 7? I have tried loading to DOS and I get an error message about missing CONFIG file. When I try loading to Windows the disk hangs.

You will need to use DOSBox, a tool for running older DOS games on more recent versions of Windows.

There are front-ends to make DOSBox easier to use. We've heard really good things about D-Fend Reloaded.
