Do the Vampire attacks stop after completing the Dawnguard?

Like the threads title. Do the attacks stop once you've finished the Dawnguard main quest line?

They did for me... Which kinda svcks cause I only ran into one :(

I would have liked it to vontinue happening so Ifeel like there is a reason to stay eith the dawnguard.
