I came up with a theory as to who they are.
What if the authority are ark survivors.

think about it, the authority want ark survivors so maybe they are brainwashing them or something.

By security, do you mean THE AUTHORITY? Anyhow, that would be an interesting development.....Where are all the Ark dwellers? There was supposed to be thousands of them. The only Ark dwellers we've seen were the dead ones that was in our Ark. Maybe this is why the Authority wants Ark survivors so badly. The Ark dwellers were supposed to be special in some way...and rebuild society after the devastation. The Authority seems to be doing that in their own twisted ways. The playable character in the game seems to be the only one strong enough to stand up against the Authority, so maybe he is one of them.................................Hmmmm. Pretty interesting theory dude..............Never thought about that, but it does kinda make sense a little bit.
