All i want to know is if there's some ultimate prize at the end for finding a certain amount. If not i'm gonna stop doing them

I think they are just endless radiant quests. Take a break from them; don't do any more; or keep doing them. Your choice.

They're radiant quests, they won't end, but it doesn't hurt to fo them.

True. You get to delve some interesting new dungeons. That's a good reason for doing a few occasionally. Don't bust a gut though if you have other stuff that you want to do.

But be careful for "Shalidor's insights". At a certain point he will send you to High Gate Ruins. If it's the first time you enter it, it's ok. But if you had already cleared it, you won't be able to open the very last doors (2 gates). They remain closed. It's wise to save before talking to Ura gro-Shub if you don't want to have another quest unfinished in your Journal. I think you unlock (Reader) in doing these quests. I brought him so many books...

I can't even do his quest anymore I find the Book Soul Black and White then later I did his quest and he was asking for that book he points me to a cave where I got the book I go there but the book not there I got it already bot it still points there and he wont take the book and I can't drop it either.

Shalidor's insights gives you scrolls that enhance that particular area of magic. The others may be skill books (not sure because it only gives you credit the first time you read a book, even another copy, so I can't be sure). But I think they are radiant quests.
