I really want to put one of the Nordic hairs (Ulfric Stormcloak's I think) on my Altmer but it's not an option in the character creator. Is there a console command or does anyone know of a mod to unlock it for him?

idk, anyway you should try the "mods" section

This is just off the top of my head: I believe there was a way to activate two race's options in one race.
You had to prompt console, type in showracemenu, enter command prompt again and do it again, then go back to the original.
I believe that's correct. I know it had something to do with making both menus pop up and then going back to the first one.
