Is there anything else in Skyrim left to do? Should I restar

So I've been playing Skyrim for a good while and idk if I should restart or not, I think I've done everything the game has to offer that's significant. I've completed the main quest line and killed Alduin, found all 16 daedric quest items, got the Konahrik mask, completed the Thieves guild quest line and became the guild master, became the Listener for the dark brotherhood, became the Archmage for college of winterhold, ive done s ton of side quests, got like 120,000 gold, best armor, did the alchemy/ enchanting circle and got mega armor and weapons, i really don't know what else to do...I have 49/50 achievements, the only one missing is 20 shouts and I have 19, LOL. It was so easy I changed the difficulty to master but it was still pretty easy. I'm lvl 81 with 100 in all skills. My daedric bow with all my armor and stuff does 560 dmg and my daedric sword does 444. I wouldnt want it any stronger. It took me a long time to get here though, so if theres anything cool you've done in Skyrim that you can think of let me know, might postpone my restart...Ive probably already done it, but you never know! Need suggestions!

Its your game, my friend.

If it is me, i will start over without hitting lv81.

I will not do all the quests on 1 character, i want every character have their own adventure, guilds to join or not, things to do or not. Hey, thats my game.

Ok, you hit the top of the food chain. Still not "done". But if you ever get bored of a build, just start a new one. Keep going, there is and will be a lot more for us.

Well, once you've done and seen all the canned stuff, which it sounds like you have, there really isn't anything new in the gameworld for you to do. Other than the random and largely irrelevant irradiated quests, none of the others will be any different, no matter how many times you play. That's the problem, once you done it, it's done. Can't undo it or do them any differently, next time through. The results will always be the same. Only thing left is to try different builds than what you're using this time around, learn and specialize in new skills you haven't mastered yet, and generally wander off in your imagination and roleplay around as... whatever, if you're into that kind of stuff.
