There is going to be Eight dlcs!

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 1:11 pm

So according to a source close to Bethesda,A few gaming sites are reporting he said on condition on anomaty he would spill some beans on some of the dlcs

He said that there are four Dlc other than Dead Money in various stages of development, with two more being considered which would give a total of 7 dlc's but all the blogs metioned 8 dlc's must have gotten their maths wrong anyways the source said the Courier has a relationship with Ulysese the mysterious courier hunting the Player Character and that the nature of this relationship would suprise players.

He also metioned that long term Fallout fans such as myself will be very happy with one of the later dlc's as it adds a location players thought they would never see.
[New reno anyone?]

The Source also metioned that fans of Fallout 3 would be happy to know a character from that game, will play a major role in one of the dlcs im think Desmond miles from Point lookout.

So why say that there will be eight DLC's in the thread name?
And we know about Ulysses and The Courier, in fact there is a thread about it in this forum tab.

Ugh... I'll probably earn another warning from the rage fit I'm going to have if they do Reno as a DLC.
And source please.

If the really are going to release 7-8 DLCs, no way in hell I'm paying an extra 70-80 dollars for 20-25 hours of "gameplay".

I would well pay that much as long as there as good as Dead Money was,i know i will proablly be blasted with hate here but i thought it was very well laid out i loved the how difficult the ghost people where and the characters where very well writen i would give it a 9.3

Anyways the latter dlcs will hoepfully be much larger 10 hours please at least!

"But they did say that long-time fans of the series are going to be very happy with one of the later DLC expansions, because it will add an area to the game that players likely thought they would never see."
If they do take us to FO1 or FO2 location then I hardly think many of us long-time fans are going to be happy, more like being pissed off that they [censored] up the location instead.
Imagine Reno, all fleshed out in 3D! With a million loading zones... And toned down mood (Not feeling as dark anymore)... And... Gamebryo... Ugh... I think I just threw up a little there...

Anyway, I might be making a generalization and if so then I'm sorry, but I can't see how taking us back to a FO1 or FO2 location could ever be considered a good thing.
It will just mess things up.

I have complete faith in obsidian yeh they make glitchy games but those bugs can be fixed with one or two patches anyways if New Reno is indeed the bring back again dlc location i think Obsidian will do a fine job.
