If not, can we work together and make one?

There are tons of Oblivion mods made by users for the Oblivion Skeleton and rigged for the Oblivion skeleton. I've also seen a few (mostly female) ports of said mods, usually to other bodies (ie: CBBE etc). But I can't seem to find any definitive tutorial for porting MALE and Female Vanilla Oblivion mods to the Male and Female Vanilla Skyrim body.

I've been trying to port stuff frustratingly, and I've just been having all hell on my hands lol. I've gotten bows to import and work, so I will be writing a tutorial for that soon; But I really would like to know about porting armors to the Vanilla Skyrim body in the proper pose and everything. Since the pose is different, I'm totally lost on how to make it compatible.

So if at all possible, for anyone who knows, can you please help out?

Or if there already is a tutorial and I just missed it, can you please direct me to it? I will be extremely thankful in either case, and I think the community will be as well.

If a tutorial has to be written, can it include all the necessary steps such as...import options, export options, which tools to use and which version. What options to set in nifskope and where to do it, etc?

HAve you watched So Much Monsters video tutorials under advanced tutorials in the Pinned Thread --- IIRC he has some tools linked that help making the meshes for the slim - heavy sliders work which should help with converting.

Yeah I saw all of those, but I'm specifically aiming towards Oblivion mods made for the Oblivion Skeleton, and how to make them work with the Skyrim Skeleton. But I'll check it again, there might be something there.
