Is there a limit? Would it be possible to buy every spell in the game or would I get to a point were I couldn't carry/have anymore spells. If there is a limit then I will need to choose my spells carefully.

You use the tomes to learn them. You have no limit at all.

You can get all the spells in the game, I mean they don't have weight or anything, so there isn't a limit.
