If anyone has found a house that you can own from a quest line like in F3 could you tell me where and how to get it?

In the very beginning, in Good Springs

The robot Victor has a shack that has a bed you can sleep in. And it looks like you can store some of your stuff there. In some of the dialogs with NPC, it is hinted that Victor was actually sent by Mr. House to make sure the Courier didn't die of his burial in the opening cut scene.

I'm renting a room in Novac that I keep coming back to. I have stuff in the safe as well and it's been fine for a while now. And, if you complete the quest line there, I don't think you need to pay anyone for it anymore, just 100 up front. Although, I have the game save corruption issue so I can't tell now.

Oh Oo should I run and remove my stuff from the gas station. It had a sleepable a bed a asumed after helping (xx) that it would be safe. Do the cells reset?

Theres a guy named manny vargas (pretty sure thats his name) and he has a house that has like 10 beds in it that you can sleep in, along with some stuff in it, not sure if you can store anything though.

Something I read said you can get a suite in a casino hotel - but I don't remember where that was - sorry.

I hope there is somewhere you can get a House! Not sure what the suite consists of but hope it has a few rooms with storage. I also hope someone can shed some light on this as I really like to have a Home Base!

I too am looking for somewhere to store items. The guide mentions a few places that are good to go with beds, but nothing about storing items. Got a lot of misc crafting stuff I'd like to unload
