There really needs to be a balance to the number of potentia

Eirik's post pretty much hit all the points I would bring up. I expect much of this to be addressed in the future as I have read Bethesda plans to improve on the game in more ways than merely DLC. So here's hoping.

I'd certainly hope they add at least 2 marriegable Bosmer and Khajiit. It'd be hard for modders to add dialogue that matched the ingame dialogue perfectly (and of course wouldn't help people on consoles at all). If the dialogue exists even if used for only 1 character it gives something for modders to work with.

Actually, the Bosmer are easily modded- they apparently use the same voice actor for the two who did one of the elven races, so there's no real jarring effect when they're flagged as marrageable. The Khajiit... well, there's no voice files in Skyrim that were put in for them for marrage. That doesn't mean they weren't recorded (if they were), it just means that we have no way of getting a marriable Khajiit without sudden silence for married-specific dialogue.

It never occured to me what race the spouse was.

I feel so enlightened.

It did occur to me what six the spouse was.

Not so enlightened.
